No Refunds for Compatibility or User Environment Issues
No refunds will be provided for issues caused by unsupported devices, unsupported operating systems, local security software, browser or cookie settings, network restrictions, VPNs, firewalls, user error, failure to read product requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported at launch. macOS support is listed as coming soon and is not included as a currently available platform unless separately announced.
